Electric screw jacks (also known as a electric jack screw, a electric powered screw jack, a electric machine screw jack, or a electrically operated screw jack) is used in many fields where it is necessary to lift different loads, such as automated production lines for sheet metal machinery, packaging, textiles, plastics, food, renewable energy and more. Electric machine screw jacks with trapezoidal screws have precisely positioning and self-loc ept feature for no creeping down without brake mechanism or loc ept systems. Important Note: ball screw jacks are self-lowering without self-locking. Brake motors are required to stopping and precise positioning the load for electric ball screw jacks. If the motor frequency will be varied to provide a soft start, an inverter duty brake motor may be required.
Screw jacks with electric drive can be used as a single unit electric screw jacks or in multiple combinations as perfectly synchronized electric screw jack lift systems which links two or more screw jacks by drive shafts, couplings and right angle gear boxes. Motor types of electric screw jacks: three phase induction motor, single phase induction motor, geared motor, stepper motor, servomotor, worm gear motor reducer, air motor or hydraulic motor, dc motor and dc geared motor. All standard motors are 3-phase, 220-380 VAC, 50hz, 1450 rpm. Single phase motors are 220 VAC, 50hz, 1450 rpm. Load capacities of electric screw jacks: 0.5 ton, 1 ton, 2 ton, 3 ton, 5 ton, 10 ton, 15 ton, 20 ton, 30 ton capacity models.
