Introduce of gearbox :
ept gearbox collection are transmission units, which are specifically designed for single-screw extruder with higher precision, hard equipment floor, accompany with thrust. Adopting the complex requirements stipulated in JB/T9050.1-one 0571 , all ept gearboxes are designed appropriately.
Principal Attributes:
1. The material of equipment is the large power alloy metal, it is made by carburizing, quenching (and other heat therapy), gringding process at previous. The equipment is in higher precison ( 6 grade ) and high hardness ( reaches HRC54-sixty two). Besides, it characteristics lower sounds when working.
