  • MAIN MATERIALS:
  • 1.Housing: die cast aluminium alloy(size 571-090), cast iron(size 110-150).
  • 2.Worm:20CrMnTi, carbonize heat treatment make the hardness of gear’s surface up to 56-62 HRC; After precision grinding, carburization layer’s thickness between 0.3-0.5mm.
  • 3.Worm Wheel:wearable stannum bronze alloy .

 

  • SURFACE PAINTING:
  •  Aluminium Alloy housing:
  • 1.Shot blasting and special treatment on the aluminium alloy surface.
  • 2.After phosphating, paint with RAL 0571 1 blue or silvery white paint.
  • Cast Iron housing:
  • First paint with red antirustpaint, then paint with RAL 0571 1 blue or silvery white paint.
